    Gymnastics is the best way for kids ( 4-11 years old) to spend a free afternoon with their friends doing sport. The children play with the balls, ribbons, hoops, and use skipping ropes to the different rhythms of the music. While having fun with their friends, they're learning their first elements and exercises, doing sport games and relays.
    This training aims to develop flexibility and strength and to explore the world of movement. It has a huge influence on the improvement of motor memory and coordination.
    From April to October (weather permitting) the classes take place outside in different parks. This gives the kids the feeling of space and allows them to enjoy the beautiful nature of Zürich.
